Delivery Information



We cannot Guarantee Orders that are in stock placed after Friday 20th December arriving in time for Christmas – even priority paid orders. We will be working all hours to get any back log out and will do all we can to clear orders in time for Christmas but we can make no Promises.

The last day we can receive orders for delivery before Christmas is 22nd December at 12.00pm, though whilst we hope delivery is made before Christmas we cannot guarantee it.
If we have the goods in stock then the order will be collected by our couriers and delivery will be attempted on 24th December.

Highlands and Islands Postcodes latest ordering is 18th December for delivery between 20th and 23rd December.

Priority delivery means that in stock goods will leave us in time for the priority delivery - we are then in the hands of the couriers. Whilst over 98% of parcels reach their destination on time, ordering this late is at your risk as it can be fraught with danger, there is no slip time for any delivery issues.

OUR SERVICE AND RETURNS: Order Support and Returns, Refund Information

Standard Delivery : FREE for all orders over £75.00 being delivered to an address within mainland UK (see exceptions below). Orders under £75.00 standard rate of £6.95. Delivery up to 5 working days.

With the exception of orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and UK offshore Islands and Northern Ireland select the destination in the Country drop down menu at the check out and the cost of despatch will be calculated.


Priority Deliveries:

Below are our current Priority Delivery Options. Paying for Priority Delivery ensures that your order goes to the front of the queue in our processing and despatch department, particularly at busy times.The Goods will leave us, unless you are advised that your order is out of stock, in time to meet the priority delivery. We are then in the hands of the courier to meet their target too but we cannot be held responsible if they do not, which is rare but has been known to happen!

Next Day: £9.95 for all orders placed before 12.00 pm the previous working day delivered within mainland UK. 
Orders placed on Thursday after 12.00 pm and Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered Monday. 
Orders placed on Friday after 12.00pm, Saturday and Sunday will be collected by the couriers on Monday and delivered Tuesday. 
In the event that we are out of stock we will let you know as soon as we can. We will always do our very best to meet your requests.


  Next Day Before Midday

Next Day Before Midday : £25.00 for all orders being placed before 12.00pm on the previous working day delivered within mainland UK. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered Monday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.

  Saturday Morning Before Midday

Saturday Morning Before Midday : £25.00 for all orders being delivered within mainland UK. placed before 12.00pm on Friday preceding. Please note this service, whilst 97% reliable, has little leeway as our Couriers offices are only open for part of the day to deal with any issues.

Click and Collect from the Havens building

You can collect your order from the Havens Store, 138/140 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff-on-sea, Essex. SSO 7LW
Monday to Friday 9.00 until 4.00pm ONLY or by Prior arrangement outside these times.
If the store is shut you will need to call 01702 606 290 and we will come down and let you in.

You will need to bring your email order confirmation, the Payment Card used along with photo and address ID of Card Holder - Driving Licence or Passport.

In the event the order is not in stock and ready for collection we will email you with a lead time and then advise you when the order is complete and ready to collect

If you want someone else to Collect your order from our Store in Westcliff, then we will still require all the information as detailed above. Order confirmation, Payment Card and your photo and address ID - Driving Licence or Passport.

  Making Deliveries Easier:

In an effort to make receiving your goods easier we give you the opportunity to have your goods delivered and signed for at an alternative address like Work, Next Door or a Relative or Friend. There is also a Special Instructions Box where you can nominate a Safe Leaving place for an unsigned parcel. This instruction is at your own risk and needs to be somewhere that is safe.

  Failed Deliveries:

Goods normally require a signature unless you specify at your risk safe "if out instructions". If there is no one in to receive the Goods the carrier will leave a card. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange delivery. If the goods are returned to us you will incur a £10.00 charge plus a £5.50 redelivery charge. Redirected goods can also incur a £5.50 charge. Cancellation of an order following a failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking Fee.

  Overseas Delivery and Terms:

We send goods all around the World. The cost is based on the weight of the Goods and Volumetric size. Select the destination in the Country drop down menu at the check out and the cost of despatch will be calculated. We reserve the right to amend charges or not send goods where the cost in sending is prohibitive or where we consider the goods unlikely to make safe passage. You will be notified in advance of any issues.

The sending of certain goods is also prohibited in most countries. Alcohol being a main issue and all goods containing alcohol cannot be sent overseas.

Deliveries to most European destinations allow 2 to 3 days, United States and Canada 2 to 3 days, Australia 3 to 5 days. Delivery can be delayed to remote areas or by local Customs officials.

Those Countries that are exempt from our UK VAT Tax currently 20% will have the Tax element deducted from the final amount payable. We cannot be held responsible for any duty payable at the delivery destination. Customs rules and their application by Local Customs Officials can be unpredictable and from time to time they make an import duty demand, this is entirely your responsibility.

Orders are charged to your payment card in UK Pounds and will appear on your account in your own currency.





  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item broken or faulty we will replace it Free of Charge. We may require the item to be photographed and emailed or returned to us and we will refund you the cost incurred. Items broken on arrival must be notified within 3 Days of receipt.
  • If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate you may return them at your cost for a refund on the Goods. The Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above. We normally allow you up to 28 days within which to return items. We are unable to accept returns on Jewellery,Perfumes and Cosmetics, Drinks and Food Gifts.
